Has your husband’s sexual sin created chaos in your soul?
My heart broke the day I learned of my husband’s involvement with pornography.
But the ongoing emotional disruptions after that day overwhelmed me even worse.
Before I knew it, I was shattered and broken.
If you are experiencing a similar problem, please learn from my mistakes.
- Do not try to dull your pain with denial, distractions or drugs.
- Do not try to be a stoic who can endure without flinching.
- Do not allow self-pity to steal your joy and rob you of peace.
Go straight to Christ. Skip the self-help and self-esteem programs that will only delay your healing, and go the source.
“Wholeness is a goal towards which one can move
only in relation to a center which is already whole
and from which one can gain wholeness.”
Douglas J. Moo
Life is hard. People are sinners and you live in a cursed world where a demonic force is forever tormenting you.
That is a fact you cannot change.
But there is one fact that is unalterably true and of much greater importance.
God is at work in your life, whether you recognize it or not. Turn to Him.
So if you want power to resist the devil, heal your broken heart and restore your broken marriage, you must go to the One who is complete and whole.
“For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;
and you are complete in Him, who is the head of
all principality and power.
